SOUTH JERSEY OFFICE

I’m thrilled to be the Broker Salesperson for the SPACE & COMPANY South Jersey office — and even more excited to open its doors in Collingswood, the town I’ve made my home along with my wife and two kids.

At SPACE, engagement is our competitive advantage. We are more than real estate experts, we’re also your neighbors. We belong to community organizations, support local businesses, advocate for the arts, and promote sustainable living projects. It’s a depth of expertise that acknowledges real estate not only as an investment, but also as spaces where people live their lives.

We champion our communities because we believe that potential starts with people. It’s not just a market to us — it’s our home, too.

MY APPROACH

COACHING BACKGROUND

For me, real estate is about putting people before properties — my former career as a licensed executive coach trained me to navigate the complexities of people so that I can manage all parties through a real estate deal to get the best outcomes for my clients. I’m also able to navigate between mapping out the big vision and the nuanced details to guide clients toward a home that balances lifestyle and a rock solid investment.

PERSONAL INVESTMENTS

I’ve personally been in the shoes of every type of real estate client — I’ve rented, I’ve been a first time home buyer, I’ve been part of multiple domino deals where I sold a house while buying another, I’ve bought investment properties, and I actively manage a personal Airbnb and plan to acquire more over the years. My clients trust me because I’ve paved a path through real estate that has improved my life and I advise them on how to do the same for themselves.

CREATING CONNECTIONS

Making connections has always been one of my biggest strengths because I’m always dialed in and engaged in whatever I’m doing. I am constantly scouring the market for hidden gems so I always have an internal inventory of great homes — when I work with my clients to figure out their real estate roadmap, I often already know of a property that checks their boxes. If the right home hasn’t hit the market yet, I will obsessively hunt to the end of the MLS and connect with other agents for off-market properties until I find the perfect fit.

My clients often joke that, “Amy knows a guy” because of the industry contacts I have developed over my years in real estate, from lenders to title companies, contractors to specialists. I offer the same resources I use for my own projects to the people I work with, ensuring a level of professionalism and efficiency that I have come to expect for myself, personally.
